Hey Bloggers and Bloggets, well I think I may have learned how to upload pictures to my blog so yay... next blog shall have a couple (ones I hope are decent enough for the internet :) ). Well any who I got the most amazing velvet back pack in Urban Outfitters the other day for only €12! Couldn't believe my eyes when they rested on that beautiful price tag. And next week i get to work there for a whole week. You just got to love work experience....

Was devastated though when word reached my ears that sadly we will not be going on that trip to Manchester/Liverpool that was promised to us. To anyone who lives there you shall be missed greatly.

Review time :

Fashion: The plain crop tops in American Apparel are like a god sent, I mean they go with anything and they come in a variety of colours.

Music: Have just been told about the old school band Echo and the Bunnymen look them up, brilliant.

An obsession with all things velvet

Well I'm back and hoping someone somewhere is reading at least. Tomorrow i get to go to Battle of the Bands so my new outfit shall come in handy. I was in American Apparelle today and they have the new velvet dance-skirt in (like the new velvet back pack I just got from Urban Outfitters). It's amazing i have a picture at the side there... want it so badly in wine. And they have an amazing leather belt to go with it but it's a bit above my price range.
I can't get the song 'I follow rivers' out of my head lately, it's so good, listen and be singing it where ever your feet take you. Well I'm keeping the blog short and sweet toady (like moi) but tomorrow or the next i shall have a load for you... until then loves,

New Girl on the Blog

Well you might assume my names a bit odd but it inspired by the oh so brilliant song from The Velvet Underground 'Femme Fatale (listen to it, it will grow on you so much it'll rest in your beautiful brain forever=true fact). Well this blog isn't just a ramble of how good that song is, it's about Fashion, Art, some music may pop up now and again, photography and basicly young culture. Wow who hasn't read a blog like that. Yes I'm an Indie head who thinks Urban Outfitters is the holy land and can't stand the adidas trademark children of our day, but no I do not think my word is god and that if your not Indie like why are you alive...also i try not to be pretentious but hey I'm just human i can't help it if some leeks through i nobodys leek proof , right? And if it hasn't jumped off the bag yet I sometimes can be slightly sarcastic, don't worry if you haven't seen it yet, you will in blogs to come. Well this was more just a tester to see what it's like (my first blog people... ugh I'm a newb, lovely) . Oh but i will inform you of my recent purchase from American Apparel, a flesh coloured chiffon skirt and a plain wine T-shirt/Top. I'll post a picture in a day or too so keep reading to see, hopefully it's worth it.
